After the big Mexico awards cruise, EXIT Southeast has had a huge week as Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl were named Regional Directors for the state of Florida. Currently Regional Owners of Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia, EXIT Southeast has been officially named Regional Directors for the state of Florida. As one of the fastest growing regions in North America, EXIT Southeast is honored to begin this exciting venture with such a vibrant and talented group of brokerages and Realtors. 
Stacy Strobl added, “I’m excited to announce that EXIT Southeast just got a lot bigger.  Kenny and I are happy to add all of the EXIT Florida brokerages and agents to our family. Big things are coming and it just makes all of us stronger, bigger and better with referral opportunities."
During the announcement, a presentation was made to Kenny Lynn from EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder/Chairman Steve Morris of a historical print of racing legend, Secretariat, the horse that believed he could best all records.  Kenny said, “Secretariat will hang in my office as an inspiration from this day forward.  Thanks for believing in me, Steve. And, let’s do this!”
 
In the Nashville Business Journal’s announcement of their 2019 honorees, editors shared more on why companies were chosen.
“The 28 companies represented here are dripping with success. Serving as leaders in service, growth, innovation and strategy, they set the mold for other companies to follow. To assemble this year’s list, we first accepted nominations from the public; nominees then submitted a variety of information, like their revenue, employee count and business plan and then were evaluated by our panel of judges."

In the Q&A with honorees, Stacy Strobl shared, “new companies have been coming into our area for years, and now with more high-profile businesses come even more job opportunities. For the real estate industry, this means more people moving into the area needing well-educated, connected and professional Realtors with companies like EXIT Southeast rising to the occasion.”
