The all-time EXIT Realty Corp. International record for new franchises signed has been broken by EXIT Southeast Regional, the partners announced.The regional entity for Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee as well as regional directors of Florida, the duo also earned top region for EXIT Realty Corp. International in North America at the end of 2019,  EXIT Southeast signed 38 franchises agreements, more than any other in the company’s 23-year history, Kenny explained in this video with Stacy.https://youtu.be/1xp-c9lgYdc“I feel like we have won the Super Bowl and, if you want to be the best, it takes hard-work, determination and non-stop dedication,” said Lynn. “After developing a relationship with me and Stacy, the sponsorship opportunity is the cherry on top of a solid real estate company.”Unique to the real estate industry, EXIT Realty offers a three-dimensional concept of taking listings, making sales and sponsoring agents which Lynn said has been key for a lot of agents and franchise owners during the COVID-19 quarantine.“Personally, I experienced some health challenges in the 2018 and the residual real estate income made a huge difference. This is a story we have heard repeatedly from EXIT Southeast agents, brokers and owners as everyone faced the challenge of being quarantined for weeks,” Lynn said.
The 38 new franchise owners as well as owners, brokers and agents in this four state area have the option in addition to their real estate business to also sponsor new agents which results in each transaction closed generating a bonus that’s equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit and payable to the individual who sponsored them, Lynn said.With experience rooted in the real estate and home mortgage industry, Strobl said it is their mission to assist franchise owners and agents in taking full advantage of the unique EXIT formula which has re-invented real estate through a mentorship culture of teaching, training and coaching utilizing the resources of a full-service, international corporation.“Breaking this record definitely required hard-work and perseverance and I always explain it is more than a game-changer but a life-changer,” Strobl said.
EXIT Realty Corp. International CEO Tami Bonnell said the duo broke the company record and accomplished it by setting the goal.“It’s phenomenal. Kenny and Stacy broke records for our company by selling 38 franchises and they put a line in the sand,” Bonnell said at the region’s annual awards event.
In addition to breaking the company record for franchises sold, EXIT Southeast was named the top region in North America by EXIT Realty Corp. International announced at the annual convention.In 2013, they acquired the subfranchisor rights to Tennessee and led the state’s phenomenal growth resulting in their achieving region of the year for the first time just two years later.  In 2016, they acquired the rights to Kentucky, and, in 2017, they expanded to Georgia, consolidating all three states under the EXIT Southeast banner and achieving their second Region of the Year honor that same year.In 2019 they were appointed Regional Directors of Florida, expanding both their reach and vision into EXIT’s largest state.  In addition to being named EXIT Realty’s Region of the Year for 2019, they also earned top honors in franchise sales.“Our success and growth is also an indicator as to the investment strength of the Southeast.
