The Nashville Business Journal’s residential real estate firm rankings were just released ranked by company sides on a transaction with EXIT Southeast listed as #4.  Ranked #5 in the previous year, Regional Owners Stacy Strobl and Kenny Lynn said EXIT Southeast is continuing to move on up!
In a recent story on female entrepreneurs and franchise opportunities, one of EXIT Southeast’s Regional Owners Stacy Strobl was included in the round up. Here’s an excerpt from the Success magazine story.  
“Stacy Strobl is one half of the powerhouse, multi-winning duo that owns sub-franchise rights to Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia for EXIT (and were recently announced as Regional Directors of Florida).  Ten years ago, Strobl and Kenny Lynn were partners in a mortgage company which they built from scratch to locations in seven states. The focus of their business was primarily refinancing, and they wanted to expand into real estate brokerage. They opened an EXIT Realty office in 2012, eventually selling it and the mortgage company, and moving on to own EXIT Southeast, selling the rights to protected territories to those interest in owning their own real estate brokerage.

It is extremely gratifying to know I participated in helping them turn their dreams into reality.” “ 
EXIT Southeast Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl were recently announced as EXIT Florida Regional Directors. The duo are excited to be heading to Orlando, Florida on April 16 when national EXIT trainer Angel Tucker will be leading an amazing interactive, inspirational one-day course helping attendees open their minds and hearts to the most amazing gift EXIT Realty has in real estate.  Angel will be teaching skills, helping build confidence, and teaching how to better initiate invitations and introductions to people who will benefit from becoming part of our great company!
