“Getting out of bed with a positive attitude is the best morning routine for a productive day. After experiencing a wreck and open-heart surgery in 2017, my partner, Stacy Strobl, and I begin the day with gratitude,” Lynn said.

Biggest 2018 Challenge for EXIT Southeast?
Finding the right people to own a franchise in Kentucky and Georgia is the biggest challenge according to Kenny and Stacy.
“Our management team is working to replicate the success earned in Tennessee with these contiguous states. We are creating a snowball effect by working smarter, engaging a marketing company to build our grassroots effort, continuing to build on our core values and empowering our owners and brokers to help validate and tell this success story. We are building an important network of agents throughout the Nashville area and Tennessee. In the end, joining EXIT Southeast is by invitation only making us very careful in how we face this challenge of building and adding to our real estate team.”
