Randall is a licensed real estate broker and began his business career as an entrepreneur owning and operating several businesses including Subway and their umbrella franchises.  He went on to be Subway’s umbrella companies' developing agent for the state of Arkansas. He entered the real estate industry by developing the franchise division for a large independent real estate brokerage. He joined EXIT in 2004 helping develop Tennessee and took a break for five years to serve as  president of a food distribution business. In 2013, he signed on to help Kenny and Stacy as they bought the rights to the state of Tennessee being part of the incredible record-breaking growth in developing franchises.  Today, he continues this work in the five-state, award-winning region.
