Helping develop and mentor others with toward career and goals success has been a constant theme of Stacy’s business and personal life. A real estate and mortgage industry leader for over two decades, Stacy is a native of Middle Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Memphis. She began her career teaching in the Shelby County School System and earned her Realtor® license with the desire sparked early by helping her parents flip properties. She ironically made her entire teaching salary within one summer in real estate. With a family move, she went on to teach in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
She returned to Tennessee, and, in 2004, she co-founded a mortgage company in Franklin. After working with Kenny Lynn as colleagues in the mortgage industry, in 2009, they formed a partnership, and, three years later, they purchased their first EXIT franchise. The duo went on to acquire the rights to EXIT Realty Tennessee and within the first four years established it as one of the fastest growing real estate regions quadrupling the number of Realtors® and earning EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Region of the Year. Adding to Tennessee, the rights to Kentucky, Georgia and Florida were purchased with the rebranding as EXIT Southeast. In 2021, the duo were appointed Regional Directors for the state of Texas. Throughout this impressive history, the team have consistently earned #1 in Franchise Sales and #1 Region in North America as well as being honored with a Superior Growth & Development Award and with a Leader’s Leader honor. In 2019, the the duo broke the all-time corporate record of franchises sold!
In 2022, Stacy was named a Nashville Business Journal’s Woman of Influence in the Top Executive category. Stacy and Kenny continue to earn accolades including being a top Nashville Business Journal’s Best in Business honoree numerous times.
Today, she oversees the growth and development of the five-state regional operation supporting franchise owners, brokers, agents and support staff while overseeing EXIT Southeast’s marketing, training, compliance and special events.
She and her sons, Brady and Tyler, make their home outside of Nashville with a passion for sports and extracurricular school activities.
