We purchased our franchise in 2014 and opened our doors in January of 2015. We were a new brokerage with no agents. Two short years later, we have over 35 Agents and continue to grow in our market. Kenny and Stacy have been there for support and encouragement from the beginning and we truly appreciate them. They have been available ANYTIME we have a question or concern and this has been invaluable.

Quarterly they host a Broker/Owner Meeting where we share what’s working, how we can improve, current trends and up to date information on our region. We learn so much at these meetings plus we have the opportunity to catch up with our fellow EXIT Family of Brokers and Owners. In addition, they host special training days especially designed for our front line Agents and expose them to top professional training. We have never experienced this type of support, availability and training in any other organization. Moreover, Kenny, Stacy and EXIT are committed to ensuring we have full market exposure via billboards, ads and the Smart Car program.

EXIT Realty is the new standard for a real estate brokerage and we are so thrilled to be part of this wonderful family.

The EXIT Formula

10% Sponsoring Residuals

When a sales people is introduced to management and recruited into EXIT, each transaction that they close generates a bonus that’s equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit, payable to the individual who sponsored them into the company. The bonus is paid via EXIT’s head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit’s commissions. It continues perpetually for as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates sales.

7% Retirement Residuals

Should an “EXIT” salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a “pension plan” is created from the sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established. Also, the retiring salesperson retains the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company.

5% Beneficiary Residuals

The sponsoring bonuses created turn into a beneficiary residual providing added security for the sales person family.
