What’s the #1 reason to choose EXIT?

In the real estate business and this economy, the smartest thing to do is to look at the most futuristic ideas.  We are in the people business.  With our single level residuals introduced in 1996, we’ve created 5th largest real estate operation in the world and I’m very proud of it. 

Why is EXIT Southeast successful?

It is always the captain of the ship and a leadership opportunity.  When we take the U.S. in consideration, and, so many people, it requires great leaders.  Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl were selected to do this.  We recognized they have the history, experience and potential necessary to make this into a success.  We are so pleased.  I wish I had seven more like Kenny,

When it comes to the real estate, 80 % of people on the street would say they’ve considered being in real estate.  Many say I’ve thought about it but didn’t follow through. 

When you hear the EXIT formula and the potential, you understand it is the biggest investment on the return of time available.  It is a lucrative business.  There is a lot of variety.

The EXIT Formula

10% Sponsoring Residuals

When a sales people is introduced to management and recruited into EXIT, each transaction that they close generates a bonus that’s equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions earned by the recruit, payable to the individual who sponsored them into the company. The bonus is paid via EXIT’s head office, and not subtracted from the new recruit’s commissions. It continues perpetually for as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates sales.

7% Retirement Residuals

Should an “EXIT” salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a “pension plan” is created from the sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established. Also, the retiring salesperson retains the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company.

5% Beneficiary Residuals

The sponsoring bonuses created turn into a beneficiary residual providing added security for the sales person family.
