It was an EXIT star-studded evening at the beautiful downtown Nashville Omni Hotel as EXIT Southeast hosted their annual sold-out event announcing top awards for franchisees, brokers and agents as well as six new franchises located in Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.[caption id="attachment_3846" align="aligncenter" width="600"]
EXIT Southeast Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl were joined at their annual awards event by EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder/Chairman Steve Morris and CEO Tami Bonnell[/caption]Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl were hosts for the event with 1,300 attending from all three states.  Prior to the event, Stacy joined EXIT Realty Corp. International CEO Tami Bonnell and U.S. President Craig Witt for a Facebook Live chat.
With a surprise emcee Sharron Richardson, EXIT Realty Corp. After experiencing a wreck and open-heart surgery in 2017, my partner, Stacy Strobl, and I begin the day with gratitude,” Lynn said.

"Raise your hand," challenged Bob McKinnon, keynote speaker for EXIT Realty Southeast's annual awards banquet and his voice rang out over an audience of over 1,300 cheering real estate agents, brokers and owners - the largest attendance to date!
No ordinary speaker, Bob McKinnon now holds the position of Director of Leadership for EXIT Realty Corp International and also served as the Southwest Divisional President for EXIT. Bob had been in real estate for over 44 years, had owned multiple brokerages, and prior to coming to EXIT, was one of the players instrumental to building the C-21 Brand when it first started.
He is also a former United States Marine. How he became a marine and how it helped him in real estate was the subject of his talk at this banquet.
As a young boy growing up and lacking confidence, he shared a lack of interest in school. With parents who dreamed of him attending Pepperdine University in California, he also had no interest in that.To avoid this fate, Bob jumped in his jalopy car and drove straight to a United States Marine Recruiting station and enlisted on the spot! He remembers being one of 86 marines in that platoon standing in the back row in the middle when a big mean drill sergeant shouted, "ladies! There're of you in this platoon, and in 13 weeks, only six of you will be promoted to private first class! You know why? Because you six will be the best six in this entire group."
Bob said he doesn't know what came over him at that moment, and it certainly wasn't in his character, but something inside him made him raise his hand, and 13 weeks later, he was standing front row center with a stripe on his uniform along with five others promoted to Private First Class.
"The moment you finally decide you want something, and, the moment your hand goes up is the moment you begin a championship battle," Bob shared. "When you go after something big, you have to realize that it's ALL UP HILL. It's HARD. It's even sometimes painful. But we all must suffer one of two pains; the pain of discipline or the pain of regret! Your hand needs to go up! You need to fully commit!"
Bob reflected that four years ago following the recession, EXIT Southeast had 238 Agents in it. "Today, you are sitting in a room with over 1,300 agents. The reason why is (Regional Owners) Stacy and Kenny's hands went up!
The prior accomplishments of EXIT Realty Corp. International's Founder/CEO Steve Morris included working for another brand, earning all kinds of awards and breaking records. One day, Bob explains, Steve asked the question, "what would it take to reinvent the real estate business," and his hand went up.
"I want to ask you all here tonight, is there anyone out there wanting to see their lives change? Wanting to achieve a new level of success? If so stand up!" Bob challenged.
Applause broke out as people stood! "Folks, at EXIT Realty, we want you to raise your hands up!"

An unstoppable trajectory for real estate success is how EXIT Realty Corp. International describes the four years since EXIT Southeast Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl acquired the sub franchisor rights to Tennessee in fall of 2013 and then added the states of Kentucky and Georgia. 
Profiled in the latest addition of The EXIT Achiever's cover story, the international magazine for EXIT Realty Corp. International, the dynamic duo describe their commitment to EXIT Southeast as “going all in. We felt we had to lead by example,” explains Stacy.
Kenny and Stacy had previously been business partners in a mortgage company which grew to locations in seven states.  However, they wanted to expand into real estate brokerage and did a lot of research before determining EXIT was the best choice.
 
“I’d never seen anything like EXIT’s residual income business model,”  says Kenny. (Click here for a video explanation.) "We investigated all the major franchise organizations and EXIT Realty stood out.”  After spending a year and a half building the Tennessee franchise, Kenny knew their talents and passion could easily expand into building and supporting which is how they pursued the opportunity of regional ownership.
There were definitely some challenges in the beginning, says Stacy.  “Being the new kid on the block, we were going to have to stop telling them what we were going to do; we just had to show them.”
Streamlining growth and finding the right person for the franchise opportunity has been critical to their unprecedented growth which the magazine story reflects “includes selling more franchises than any other region in 2017.”  At the international convention in fall of 2017, EXIT Southeast earned #1 region in North America.  
“When I’m in front of people, they are not buying EXIT in the beginning, they’re buying us, our vision and where we are going with this,” Kenny says.  Adds Stacy, “we see people as more than a franchise sale. We know them personally. We know their families. It makes a difference because they truly feel like we’re family."
