One of the top reasons EXIT Realty is so successful is the leadership and vision of Founder/Chairman Steve Morris.  He visited EXIT Realty Elite’s beautiful office in the Gulch area of Nashville and shared top real estate tips for agents as well as the keys to EXIT Southeast’s success in earning #1 region in North America.  Here's a video wrap of his visit:

What's the #1 reason to choose EXIT?
In the real estate business and this economy, the smartest thing to do is to look at the most futuristic ideas.  We are in the people business.  With our single level residuals introduced in 1996, we’ve created 5th largest real estate operation in the world and I'm very proud of it.
Why is EXIT Southeast successful?
It is always the captain of the ship and a leadership opportunity.  When we take the U.S. in consideration, and, so many people, it requires great leaders.  Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl were selected to do this.  We recognized they have the history, experience and potential necessary to make this into a success.  We are so pleased.  I wish I had seven more like Kenny,

Best Real Estate Advice?
When it comes to the real estate, 80 % of people on the street would say they’ve considered being in real estate.  Many say I’ve thought about it but didn’t follow through.
When you hear the EXIT formula and the potential, you understand it is the biggest investment on the return of time available.  It is a lucrative business.  There is a lot of variety.
We don’t really sell homes. Our agents enjoy helping people and helping others. EXIT is a labor of love and we have a lot of fun.
What Is Your #1 Pro Tip For An Agent

Take your own personality in consideration and do what is necessary to get 12 listings in stock and maintain a minimum of 12 throughout.  Do that and you’ll have a tremendous career in real estate.
Favorite Spot To Unwind in Nashville
When in Nashville, my favorite place is the Gaylord Hotel.  I fly so much throughout the year. And, when it comes to hotels, the Gaylord in Nashville is the best.

A friendly challenge between real estate offices resulted in a $5,000 EXIT Realty community outreach to national nonprofit, Project Alive, helping a Spring Hill family’s fight against Hunter’s Syndrome impacting their son and others nationwide. Click the video below for a great project overview.
EXIT Realty King & Associates Realtor Laura Grzegorczyk, broker Tawny King and EXIT Southeast Regional Owner Stacy Strobl  presented Melissa Hogan and her son, Case, with $5,000 raised during the short fundraising campaign. Grzegorczyk said the campaign was near and dear to her heart knowing the Hogans personally.
“This has been a challenge from a outside real estate agency that we were happy to accept and win because it supports a family in our community trying to make the difference for others while fighting to help their own son.  As a mother of three sons, I would be devastated to see them stop playing, running, laughing and talking which is how this disease progresses,” said Grzegorczyk.  “This donation represents the spirit of EXIT and is a great reflection of our owner/broker, Tawny King, who also has a huge heart for community and charity.”
Agents gathered with Grzegorczyk, King and Strobl at EXIT Realty King & Associates Spring Hill, Tennessee office to present Melissa, Case and their family with the donation for Project Alive, founded by Hogan.  King said giving back to the community, which has been such a blessing, is a part of the EXIT team’s mission.“Our office is like a family constantly helping and supporting one another. It is part of our fiber to give back to our community and I am so proud of Laura and all of our EXIT Southeast agents and EXIT Realty Corp. International for helping us make our goal,” King said.
After donations came pouring in throughout EXIT Southeast, Strobl said the call to corporate for matching funds was easy.“Donations from EXIT Southeast were received from Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee which makes me so proud of the way our EXIT family steps up to support other agents, meet any challenge and ultimately give back to our community,”  Strobl said.  “We are all lucky to be part of a larger corporation like EXIT Realty Corp. International, which recognizes and supports our efforts to support our community. We are so proud EXIT Realty King & Associates really knows how to rock the teal!"[caption id="attachment_3912" align="aligncenter" width="600"]

Exciting changes are happening in the state of Georgia for EXIT Southeast and owner/broker Christy Chitwood, EXIT Realty Results, is one of the big reasons why with her smart, determined business attitude and unwavering spirit. She was in the Spring Hill, Tennessee recently visiting EXIT Realty King & Associates where she sponsored a new EXIT agent. You’ll never believe how she met this person. Here’s more on the story with EXIT Southeast Regional Owner Stacy Strobl.
As Christy Chitwood continues to blaze trails in Georgia with her third franchise, she says the opportunities, networking, support and training provided by EXIT Southeast has been important.[caption id="attachment_3919" align="aligncenter" width="400"]
Tawny King, owner/broker EXIT Realty King & Associates, was joined at her Spring Hill office by EXIT Southeast Regional Owner Stacy Strobl and Christy Chitwood, a Georgia owner/broker, EXIT Realty Results.[/caption]“Kenny and Stacy are the real deal. They are constantly in contact with us, checking in with us, giving us information and tips on what we can do to grow our office and agents,” said Christy. “It’s opening up opportunities for us as brokers to be able to give the agents the opportunities to grow their business, and that’s what it’s about.”
You never know when you are going to find the moment to share how EXIT Realty can change lives and Christy found that moment with her Lyft driver as you heard in the video.
She had a conversation with her Lyft driver about EXIT, has kept in touch with him and is now sponsoring him into Tawny King’s King Real Estate & Associates recently featured for their community support.“It’s a perfect example of Christy having the conversation and telling her story, because this is how EXIT works. We couldn’t be happier with the progress being made in Georgia and there’s always room for more,” said Stacy.
Christy says since Kenny and Stacy have taken over Georgia, (here’s more on this development), the entire state is positioned for growth and opportunity with the third stream of income an important part. Click here for video information.
“We have a culture, a family environment, of people who hold each other accountable and that has come as a result of the leadership I’m receiving from Stacy and Kenny,” Stacy said. “The third stream of income for an agent is so unusual, no one else can touch this.”
